All exams must be paid for in full in advance of the exam start date/time.
Once an exam is booked candidates are then held to rescheduling and cancellation polices listed by the specific awarding body/vendor/client associated with their exam. In some cases rescheduling and cancelation policies will be between 24 hours and 72 hours. Please refer to the exam awarding body for further information.
Candidates failure to appear for an exam at their designated time will be considered a 'no show' and the full fee for the exam will be forfeited.
Should candidates arrive to the test centre without the appropriate identification the candidate will be turned away and will forfeit the exam fee. ID requirements are listed here .
